Has taken the time to show me things about my vision changing over time, and things to monitor and manage, as well as gotten to know me and my family personally. He has my full trust.

This doctor didn't express genuine interest and failed to accept responsibility for a flawed eyeglass prescription. It took the practice several iterations and several weeks before I received my eyeglasses. When my glasses finally arrived the optician didn't bother to calibrate the lens and eyeglass positioning. His interaction was condescending. I will not return.
