I met with Richard Osborne years ago starting in 1998 and saw him for a number of years when he was at Samaritan Center in Scotia NY. He was helpful, kind, patient, and caring. We communicated my issues in a positive and progressive manner and I honestly feel he had a vested interest in my success as a patient, as an artist, and as a human being. He helped me a great deal with my depression, and complicated life situation- I will always be thankful for his sage advice, good council and positive influence. Communication unacceptable. Totally uncooperative with caregiver. Will not allow 2 sets of ears present to manage treatment. Our experience even in the nationally recognized hospitals as well as group practices is that information is missed or not passed on if two people do not hear the history and the recommended treatment.
