Don’t waste your money or time
Not interested in patience’s real problems. When patient was in crisis mode she refused to talk to family about what help was available. This was a live and death situation.

Inappropriate and unprofessional
Incorrectly handled scheduling on multiple occasions; repeated information from other patients; criticized my chosen profession (a topic which was not relevant to my visit)
