I highly recommend Rita. Each time I came in, we discussed my pain / movement problems, and she actually worked on my back with adjustments and stretches. Then she'd make a plan with the assistant for my exercises that day based on my latest status so I continued to progress. I'm now pain free, which feels like a miracle considering where I started, and feeling stronger, more stable, and confident in my movements.
