Frequently appeared to be distracted. I often needed to repeat myself and direct the conversation back to the subject I was concerned about. Instead of responding verbally, Robbin frequently would shrug her shoulders, crinkle up her nose, and then shake her head. It was unclear if she cared about helping me out.
