Robert Carroll II, FNP-BC

This nurse practitioner is probably the rudest medical professional that I have ever encountered. I understand that Mr. Carroll is a recent hire in Dr. Jenny Liu’s office, and I was unfortunate enough that he had to go over the results of my blood work with me. Mr. Carroll is clearly lacking in soft skills, was unfriendly and in my first time of meeting him got visibly irritated when I asked questions about the strengths of a topical prescription I was requesting. Everything went downhill from that point on, he impolitely ended my appointment and showed me the door. Meeting ended in about 5 minutes. I think it would be to the clinic’s benefit if Mr. Carroll can undergo training on soft skills or be given a warning to prevent tarnishing this clinic’s reputation.
