Rob is definitely an asset to the Northwell Health system. He takes the time to answer questions, listens - truly listens to your concerns and ensures that you understand what has been discussed during your appointment. He thinks outside the box, which for my medical needs is a MUST. His ability to put me at ease when discussing sensitive information is just another reason why he is as good as he is at his job. There is never a lack of kindness, caring or compassion when you see him. His focus is 100% on you when you are with him. Anyone who needs a PA should ABSOLUTELY consider Rob. I've never walked out of the office feeling unheard, or that my concerns have not been addressed. He's definitely a 5 star guy!
