Worst experience I have had with any provider
Don't come here unless you are fine with them trying to upsell you services and then incorrectly filing claims to your insurance. I was very pleasant in initial communication attempts with Dr. Rob, however, now I have met my limit, hence why I'm speaking out publicly. They are not providing truthful data to my insurance provider and claiming I have paid $0 out of pocket, when in fact I paid hundreds of dollars. This was to be reimbursed by my insurance but they refuse to provide correct documentation to rectify the error. These visits occurred in May 2024 and it is now December 2024 and my efforts are still being ignored. In addition, I developed an infection where an acupuncture needle was placed and their 'adjustments' did not provide any relief. Simply, do NOT go here.
