1st, this was a long time ago (2009ish?), as he moved over a decade ago. But I remember him listening to my story intently, seemed to ask important questions that no one else cared to ask, and provided good feedback and aftercare instructions. Also, he spent some considerable time on the phone w/me afterwards, over several calls, that I know he wasn't paid for...a true professional.
