Robert Flores, LPC

My time with counselor Robert Flores at Banner Health. Mr. Flores is very passive and claimshe is not affected by patient's words. However he is very reactive in a negative way towardhis patient. He does not allow patient to direct there therapy. He is a cold individual whosays one thing and acts out his own drama. Not recomended! I should have asked for a newcounselor. I was abruptly terminated by Mr. Flores with no recomendation to see a new counselor. For this reason I do not recommend Banner Health as a legitimate counseling center. I have received no communications from Banner Health since Robert Flores terminated my therapy. I consider this a major flaw as to how a patient should be treatedin a mental Health setting. There actions show a lack of understanding as a Mental Healthprovider. I blame Robert Flores for not following thru and assigning or giving the option tochoose a new Provider. Banner Health does not get my endorsement as a Mental HealthProvider.
