Have several issues lower back, hip align, neck disc Drop foot . In one month I felt so great.! Had to have breast removed- so I need to get back soon I live him great bedside manor! I may no ever go back to pain MGMT!!!!????

Patient for about 3 years. He couldn't figure out how to submit claims to medicare or so he said.Expected me to pay cash.I left and about 6 months later I got a medicare statement showing a.claim he submitted going through. He also lost my xrays.
