Did not listen

Dr. Hughes was barely helpful. I give 2 stars instead of 1 cause he did actually prescribe me medication that helped. But each appointment was rushed, with pretty much no follow up questions to what I said. I mentioned several diagnosis that I'd gotten from my therapist, and it was like he didn't even hear me. He would ask about my paranoia, I would say I have some, and then would ask about my sleep. It was like he was just checking off boxes and not actually listening. I've been trying to get a new psychiatrist for *months* and I was finally able to because he left Pine Rest. Do not recommend.

I am so incredibly thankful for Robert Hughes. He does an excellent job of listening and working with his patients to figure out what sort of treatment is best for them. He’s thorough in addressing questions and concerns, and is always respectful and kind.
