7 years ago, I first met Rob when my back pain was so bad that I had become extremely limited in all activities. Thru about 6 months he worked with my back, taught me what its problems were, exercises and movements to strengthen it and loosen up the rigidities that were near crippling. This year, close to my 80th birthday, my shoulder froze up with arthritis. After getting a shot that did help a little, I sought out Rob again for his help. He and his assistant Gretchen worked with me for 3 months until I had regained full mobility and again had much more knowledge of what to do to keep it the best I can. My back had flared up again, tho not so bad as before. Rob again adjusted exercises and treatments to include its needs. Thank you to Rob - for your deep caring, great expertise, kind teaching, knowledge and use of up-to-date techniques. I definitely recommend Joint Effort - but, fair warning, it is 'Joint Effort'. You will work - with Rob and Gretchen working right along with

I first became Rob’s patient when I was 7 years old because I have Cerebral Palsy—a neuromuscular challenge impacting the way I walk. Rob was relentless in his efforts to improve my mobility—which he did drastically. He also guided my extensive rehabilitation following two CP-related surgeries. Now in my mid-thirties, I live a full, independent life—much credit and gratitude for that goes to Rob. I fell this weekend and hurt my shoulder. Rob scheduled me a next-day appointment for deep tissue laser treatment. As always, he and Gretchen enthusiastically welcomed me into the office and were genuinely concerned about my injury. Rob thoroughly explained the laser treatment before we began and ensured I was comfortable throughout the treatment itself. Given all my experience with physical therapy throughout my life, I can say with certainty Rob and Gretchen are the best. Their expertise, willingness to “think outside the box” regarding treatment, and compassion truly set them apart.

Rob is the most talented and knowledgeable therapist I have ever met. He spent time with me to better understand my problem and helped me develop a plan to treat my pain. He made me part of the solution, rather than just treating my symptoms. The facility is great and easy to get to. His staff is awesome.
