I saw Bob Kreuzer at Aurora Plymouth Clinic three times for a minor shoulder problem. My only complaint is what I consider to be ridiculous charges. The first visit was 31 minutes long, the provider billed $570. The 2nd visit was 28 minutes long, the provider billed $450. I was provided 4 sheets of paper with exercises and a stretchy band to use at home (i.e., no special equipment). As of yet I have not received the third bill. Bob was a nice guy but if you use his/Aurora's services you better have great insurance, or be made of money. Of the $1020 billed for the (2) sessions, after insurance discounts I owe $657.34. I won't be using Aurora Physical Therapy services any more. From what I've read, the average physical therapy session cost is much lower. Next time, I will do more research and shop around before blindly using the PT recommended by my doctor (also with Aurora).
