My experience with him is that I feel seen and heard. I was antsy at first and just wanted immediate change, but learned to trust the process. He takes the time to understand who I am and what my needs are before helping me make steps toward my goals while learning to love and accept myself. I feel a lot better with balancing myself between work and my family life and the making necessary boundaries. He is always supportive and keeps me focused on solutions, rather than “the bad”. It’s been over a year of sessions and he’s never cancelled or not been punctual. The telehealth appointments make it easy, and I always come away from time with him feeling more focused, capable and optimistic.

So – I usually do not do reviews but feel that this can be helpfully to someone. I have been receiving therapy for over 6 months with Rick, my first time ever in therapy. A month in I felt a little mixed feelings seeing all the things that he kind of I would say “Pulled’ out of me, that I really needed to address with myself. However, after that little moment of being uncomfortable I can now say working with him has been a great choice. I am so much better with setting boundaries, my work and family life and just overall self-confidence. I would highly recommend him if you are ready to change and do better and want a therapist that will challenge you to get there.
