Dr. Robert Montgomery, PHD

We had been on the waiting list at the big children's hospital for MONTHS and kept getting told to wait. We called Dr. Montgomery and he saw us in 10 days! He finished the report in 3 weeks from the time we called and that got our son eligible for therapy immediately with Georgias law making insurance companies pay for Autism treatment. We were SO happy. That led to our son learning to talk, play with other kiddos, and even look at us. Don't wait. Get your child the treatment they need as soon as possible.

Got in to see him within 1 week of our call. He spent more than the hour with us talking about our son, reviewing the records we brought, and discussing our concerns. Actual testing appointments were withing 2 weeks - others had said 6-9 months!

We found Dr. Montgomery through healthgrades and were concerned that 2 people had problems, but many more were very positive. We spoke with him and he was very helpful so we scheduled an evaluation of our son and it was a positive experience at every step of the way. He reviewed all our previous evaluations and explained all his testing to us in an extended review session. We were told by his therapist that the report was the most complete and accurate they had ever seen! I supposed if he had told us things we really didn't want to hear we might have been annoyed but we knew he was right. His report was very helpful!

Dr. Montgomery is wonderful. Easy to understand, thorough in his work, and knows how to get your child what they need. His assistant can be a little curt, but he himself is a godsend.

He met with us and reviewed our child's records then told us things about her behavior that no one else had told us. The genetics people didn't tell us about those issues but Dr. Montgomery did. We went and checked and he was right about each of the things he told us. We are so happy that we met with him and he pointed us to several specialists that will help.

He only cares about making money. He does not care about disabled children. He does not throughly read files or either he has memory issues.
