This guy has been billing me over 1000.00/month for TWO YEARS and II've *Never seen him though I am with a completely diff pain doc. How he got my personal info is not known yet, but ain't No Way you can bill someone this long without realising they aren't a patient of yours!!! I thought it was a diff Robert till the Robert I knew left my pain clinic. That's a nice Medicare scam bro...!
