Roberta is intuitive, not afraid to ask the hard hitting questions but is empathetic and very kind. She is trained in the usual means of counseling but is also trained in EMDR which was very helpful for me in dealing with some trauma.

Unethical. Failed to disclose conflict of interest related to the reason I sought counseling. Rushed into snap judgments. Told me to call her early in the week to ensure I got an evening appointment, when I called she took 2 days to call me back. I then told her that I did not want to meet, she left a stuttering voicemail stating she hoped it was not related to the delay, she was 'seeing what (we) could do', likely consulting with Clare related to the above. Reckless. Negligent. Bad counselor!
