After you do 100% good through her entire class at the very end she doesn't pass you even though you've done everything and jump through all her hoops. I did everything and at the end of my treatment she started acting all weird and started requiring all these things that she never required the entire time I did her class. I should have graduated but I didn't because she was unreasonable and she used her power her position to require unrealistic things.

On my second call, Robbie answered. She did not screen me for suicide, only asked how many EAP sessions my employer provided. She then complained repeatedly how my EAP calls her 3 times a day with patient referrals, a real bother, and that she won't see me because they dont pay her enough. I'm a nurse struggling with injuries after a patient assault. I just can't imagine ever engaging any of my patients as she did, complaining about my job and that I'm not paid enough to help them. We both work in a broken system but I don't take that out on my patients. There were far better ways for her to handle the call of someone desperately seeking help. Maybe it was just a bad day but I wouldn't trust her to help me through my healing journey.
