Never seen any ocularist so insensitive and unfit for this type of services like Robin. No patience at all, only does she care for the money. Her secretary is as same as she is, they look like mother and daughter. In my case, she was interested in an easy way out making a pattern of the same one I had creating the same problem or worse for which I came to her originally. She did not even want to try a little harder, easy money for her and i ended having more problems and discomfort of when I came to her.
