Worst Experience with a specialist ever!!!
There is NO compassion in this practice at all!!! PA has the receptionist call and convey messages. Receptionist can't answer medically related questions, so then another call is necessary. Then the receptionist calls back with....yep, another message. You'd think if their patients were so important to them as their website claims either the PA or the MA would carve 5 minutes out of her busy schedule to call a patient back.
Or maybe it's just she didn't like dealing with a patient (my daughter) that has Autism. Because that's exactly how this entire relationship of one visit consisted of.
Compassion and kindness go along way.
