Her involvement ended up making a bad situation worse. There is nothing I can say that she did that helped at all. Was very disappointed that she failed to process the paperwork for insurance, this cost us a couple of thousand $ out of pocket in the end, could have been avoided if she had done her job.

It is an insult to the word "professional" to classify this person as a professional. There is absolutely nothing professional about her. I would love to have a word with whoever let her slip through the cracks with a doctorate. In our case she did infinitely more harm than good. Very clearly was not familiar with the facts even though she had been given access to all of the documentation. She is terrible with communication, slovenly, disorganized and greedy. STAY AS FAR AWAY AS YOU CAN

I have worked with Dr. Knoblach for a few years. She is an excellent therapist who is both thoughtful and caring in her search for insight but also provides useful problem solving and coping skills.

I was a patient of Dr. Knoblach and was seeing her after a divorce. I was paying out of pocket but found she participated in my health insurance network but she refused to submit any claims or review what I had paid to see if it was covered. She never returned phone calls or emails. I do not recommend her practice.

There really was no therapy instead there was a lot of game playing and lots of invoices. Did a few lessons and decided it was just not worth it.

She spends most of her time playing games and missing the therapy. Made some huge errors.
