My experience with Pingeton Senior Care has been nothing short of a nightmare. Robin, who is supposedly in charge of ensuring quality care, completely mixed up the delivery of a critical prescription, resulting in unnecessary delays in my loved one’s treatment. When this issue was addressed, instead of stepping up to correct the problem, Robin’s solution was to issue a 30-day discharge notice. Rather than taking responsibility, she decided to walk away from the problem entirely. Adding insult to injury, Robin has openly admitted that she does not record calls, which means there is no reliable record of care or communication. This lack of accountability is astounding for a business that deals with vulnerable individuals and their medical needs. On top of that, she stated she doesn’t like “clunky” email and doesn’t address emails in a timely manner. So if you’re expecting a reliable record of requests or treatments, forget it. The level of attitude, poor communication, and failure to deliver timely care is absolutely unacceptable. This organization has failed on every front—failing to ensure medications are handled properly, failing to communicate effectively, and ultimately failing to deliver the care they are paid to provide. If you value clear communication, accountability, and prompt medical attention for your loved ones, look elsewhere. Pingeton Senior Care is a disaster, and trusting them with your loved one’s care could mean risking their well-being.

Robin has been helping my father who has developed Dementia. She has been working with him for over a year and because of her knowledge and experience she has been able to help dad regain his ability to speak clearly and return to mostly ambulatory. Nothing short of amazing. Robin has been great in a horrible situation.

We needed a referral for dry needling and physical therapy as well as some medications. Robin was professional and we received our referrals. She is also good to check in to see how we are progressing as individuals. She's great!

Avoid at all cost
She works primarily via assisted living facilities and basically offers minimal care. My only experience with her was one call on a Saturday right before we were having a holiday party. She asked us to call back which we did within 30 minutes and had to leave a message. She then refused to use the number we gave and had then said we had “attitude” because we were busy when she called. DO NOT USE!!!! They will scam you saying they spent 75 or minutes speaking with patient when in reality only spent about 15 minutes. Use a real provider/doctor and not one that the assisted living facility “recommends”.

Had a very good experience
My family had a very good experience with Robin. She always answered our questions and returned our calls - or her office would help us with whatever we needed. My dad passed away in May and she had been taking care of him for about 6 months before then. Me and my sister were very happy with the care he received from her because my dad always had nothing but good things to say about her and that made us feel he was in good hands with her. I'd highly recommend her to anyone that is looking for a health care provider for their senior or elderly family member.

I wish I had read reviews for Robin Pingeton prior to selecting her to care for my parents. She does not in any way exhibit the characteristics of a caring and competent health care provider. She is extremely rushed and not in any way thorough with her plan of care. Absolutely impossible to get in touch with. She was a huge disappointment.
