Robyn Campbell, NP

I am always listened to and HEARD when I visit. I always receive thoughtful professional and personal care. So happy with every element of this office: reception, nurses, lab personnel everyone caring and kind.

She came in without any introduction, had no clue about what we were there for, searched Google for answers to our questions, didn’t address the thyroid issue I was there for at all. Gave me no info for what test results could mean or any treatment plan. Sat on her laptop for 30 mins only to print out a report stating I should see a “trainer friend”. How she is still getting patients is shocking! Never been so disappointed and we’ve been with this office over 18 years. Won’t go back again

She's the best. Have been with her for years since I could never get into a regular Dr. She is very thorough. Takes her time with me. Very sweet to talk to. Love her!!

I really like her personally, but the office is nearly impossible to work with. I went back and forth with the pharmacy and her office trying to get a script filled. It turned out that it was never sent in to begin with. Additionally, I was called in to do blood work last year. I drove to the office and they did not have anyone on staff to do the bloodwork. I paid a copay for nothing. It is also really hard to get ahold of anyone at the office. I waited about 48 hours for a call back. I have worked in a hospital setting and know that it is difficult, but taking care of your patients is non negotiable.

It was an annual visit. She does not keep you waiting which I love! Everyone in the office are very nice.

I had a face to face visit with my practitioner and it was different . They asked questions answered questions and it was so easy . She set it up for my med refills and all that stuff she does . Thanks LS F Clinic.

She's a Good NP knows her job very well. I would refer her to anyone.
