Patient Experience
Horrible. I had to go in for a refill when my Doctor was out and was forced to tell my entire medical history to her, pee in a cup, told that her “Director” approved 14 pills, until I see a surgeon in 13 days, but she should know, from over 20 years of experience, that a licensed physician has to order a week of medication, so I got FIVE for the SAME price as 14. I didn’t pick my prescription up because it cost too much for 5 pills. She was very unprofessional, bossy and refused to listen. I don’t feel comfortable with her, I’m not fond of her tone either. I’d rather not sleep at night and roll on my torn rotator cuff all night than go back to her.
