Extremely unprofessional
One time, while I was waiting in an exam room, I heard her refer to a patient and their wife as a spit show (we all know which word should be there). I was shocked that a healthcare provider would say that about their patient.

She took her time, explained everything, recommended blood work, and an upcoming brain scan. She also made me relax a bit, and said after the tests we would discuss what if anything needed to be done. She did not make me feel rushed, she spent as much time with me as needed to discuss my issues. Just a lovely person who knew what she was doing. I wish every health care person was as dedicated and kind as this PA was with me.
