A bit disarming at first. Ron, Sr. runs at 110 miles per hour. But, when you catch up with him you realize his mind was working hard the whole time. By the time you're finished laughing he has your problem(s) figured out and he's ready to ease your pain. Extremely effective and thorough. Hard as he might try, he can't hide his professional expertise and warm caring behind his laissez faire exterior. I walked in feeling like a post-fall Humpty Dumpty and left feeling like the $6M man, O.K. $4.5M.
