I have seen PA Ronald Pratt three times and he completely offended me and insulting me. He is very rude. I had an accident which damaged my jaw neck and back he said he was putting an urgent referral to ENT and ORTHO this was 2 months ago, he didn't actually do it until today. So I'm in severe pain most of the day and night and no help with it. What an awful experience. The way he spoke to me was as if I was lying about my injuries and pain which is absurd and so insulting.
