When you call to make an appointment, they make you book it yourself online. I booked the appointment only to show up and have them tell me that the appointment time I booked online was already taken. The office called me to inform me of the problem but they did not bother to leave a voicemail. They have a known problem with their appointment portal but don’t care enough to have staff follow through and leave a voicemail.

First Eye Care is a chain business like Chevron stations. So you don't get the full benefits as you would with a private practice. Dr. Redder also didn't detect a small cataract in my eye.
