Rose Solitro

Rose has the worst attitude imaginable. She never said hi. Her tone and overall demeanor is flat out rude. She was not very helpful in providing solutions to my ailments. Don't be 5 minutes late because she will refuse to see you. It's hard to believe CCF would employ such a demoralizing individual. The employees in the Chagrin branch have the same opinion about Rose.

I completely agree with the previous review. I just went to see Dr. Solitro a few months ago, and it looks like it is the same story 5 years later. I wish I had read her review before my appointment. I was also billed $878 for my first appointment with Dr. Rose Solitro. The billing department explained to me, that since this was my first appointment with her, she had billed me this visit as two appointments: half of the visit was Physical Therapy Evaluation, the other half was a Physical Therapy session (she did performed an evaluation, and explained and sent me home with exercises to practice.) She recommended 10 additional sessions, for which her office needed to fill paperwork for my insurance company. I didn't hear back from her office. I followed up with a message via MyChart, and received a reply saying that someone would contact me the following week.... this was a little over two months ago. Is she nice? Yes. Is she knowledgeable? Absolutely. Do I feel like an appointment with

NOT RECOMMENDED Had an office evaluation done and was billed $850+ for a office visit I expected to be no more than $225 based on my Insurance benefits estimate of service. Advice and care given was no better than given by my primary health car provider, a waste of time and money.
