I am a bit torn by this review because it was helpful to see Rosemary and I don't think it was a waste of time, but I just don't feel that it was anything but a listening ear that made me feel ok about how I felt and the decisions I made, particularly at work. But there simply was no depth to the therapy. I think she's used to doing short term visits only at the tech companies and such as my situation with an employee assistance program with a limit of 9 or 10 visits. If you are looking for a person to listen to you so you don't wear out your spouse or friends she is helpful, but if you want real strategies or to get to the bottom of a problem, you should look elsewhere.
