Dr. Chapa was awesome! Very personable and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions (a lot) and explained things in plain language. Professional yet very personable. Highly recommend Dr Chapa!

Roxanna is a fantastic audiologist! She is knowledgeable about the product lines offered by each brand, and also the nuances of each model's ability to fit your needs. I was happy with my new aid right out of the box, but the adjustments she made after testing the settings in the real world were what made her so wonderful to work with. Her ability to articulate exactly what you need to listen for in order to fine-tune my hearing aid has been life changing. Trust her to find the best solutions!

It was obvious Dr. Chapa had no idea how toddlers respond to anything. She said my toddler responded to a sound in the box when he clearly didn't hear anything and was only looking around in the box because he was bored after 1 minute of not hearing anything (it would chirp 3-4x and he wouldn't move, then would turn). She said he passed his hearing test when he clearly didn't hear a thing. This is very detrimental for my toddler's hearing because the doctor would now work off this bad data.
