Explained condition very well!
Elderly patient presented with complex symptoms & pathology and didn't understand what was going on. Ruby took the time and patience to very clearly explain health condition in terms patient could understand and provided excellent care!

Zero stars for her but that isn’t an option. No, I will never recommend Ruby Young to anyone. I had the unpleasant short, quick interaction with Ruby Young. She has ZERO bedside manner. Didn’t listen to what I was saying or needed and never went above and beyond to resolve my problem of not having a primary care doctor, just told me to follow up with the cardiologist. Really? I’m in the hospital for a reason and all she was concerned about was getting off work, couldn’t find her anywhere as they discharged me home. No follow up appointment made with the cardiologist, nothing! She proved she didn’t care! I don’t want to deal or speak with her again. Wonder how she is with geriatric patients since that is her listed specialty. I found her to be beyond unprofessional and uncaring to say the least.
