I asked Darleen, a service person, to fill a prescription for reading glasses and to put tinted lenses in a pair of frames that I have. She took the time to explain what the impact of the numbers in the prescription had on my reading glasses. She completed the job in one week and called when they were complete. I have been seeing Dr. Samet for about 6 years. He and his staff are beyond amazing. I recently lost my glasses and was on my last leg with my last pair of contacts. Mozele at Dr. Samet's office ordered my new contacts and gave me a trial pair to get me through until my contacts arrive.
