I switched to Ruth because I didn’t felt heard by a previous provider when I was dealing with some really intense issues. Ruth listened and had me set up with a specialist immediately (which was later proven to be necessary). She has been amazing and responds promptly when I’ve needed support. Highly recommend!

Definitely would not recommend. She tried to talk me out of a PAP smear since the general recommendation of every 5 years for it had not yet elapsed, DESPITE my history of dysplasia and LEEP and prior recommendation of annual PAP. It had already been 3 years since my last one. As a provider she needs to recognize healthcare is not one size fits all and must consider predisposition and hx. Complete lack of medical judgement and negligence. Then she miscoded the visit so that I was charged for what should be a routine, preventative procedure and I spent endless and fruitless calls to reconcile, and finally required an in person request to speak with the office manager to resolve. Whether purposeful or accidental, this needlessly wasted my time and highlights her incompetence as a practitioner.
