She was so good at listening and answering all my questions and concerns. I really felt heard. She put forward 2 care options, and let me decide. She had a comprehensive list of what needs done, and lists of what are recommended (dietary apps, etc.). She was amazing to have it all ready and printed out so I didn't have to write things down!

I felt like she truly listened and didn't underplay my concerns and worked to find a good solution. Has been open to adjustments along the way as well. Lots of good advice and suggestions. Ruth is great!!
