Very caring
After being basically ignored for an extremely painful and scary female problem, PA Cates was wonderful, caring, listened and ordered all necessary tests. I felt very well taken care of, finally.

Grossly misdiagnosed me in urgent care. I knew what I had (chronic condition), but he wouldn't even consider it. Instead of calling a physician, as hes clearly not qualified to man urgent care, he send me to an out-of-pocket hospital. After 5h waiting, my condition greatl deteriorated, and my bill came to over 700$!!! BTW, I ended up being diagnosed (by an MD) with exactly what I knew I had... Dr Cates even prescribed a pregnancy test, when I told his nurse I had my tubes tied. THAT SAYS IT ALL.
