I came to Biltmore Dermatology to have a lesion on my back looked at that had been changing color and growing rapidly. The staff from check in to check out were so kind, courteous, caring, compassionate, thorough after care instructions, and efficient with my time. Ryan took the time to listen to all my concerns not just the lesion on my back. The procedure was quick and virtually pain free! I am so pleased with this office & big shout out to Kelsey for being so kind to me! I would recommend this office & all the staff to anyone and everyone! Also while making small talk I found most employees there loved the Fourth of July! That’s my favorite holiday!

I came into Biltmore Dermatology for a concerning lesion on my face. It turned out to be skin cancer and I decided to be treated with Image Guided Superficial Radiation Therapy. Ryan and his staff made me feel very comfortable. They were extremely efficient, knowledgeable and professional. IG-SRT was great as I experienced no pain, no scar, and was able to see it shrinking on the monitor. If you have skin cancer I highly recommend Biltmore Dermatology!

I got my biopsy results today, and am relieved, no skin cancer! Once again, Dr.Ryan Patterson was excellent and is by far the most pleasant, professional, proactive, and educated dermatologist I've come by! He also addresses every concern of mine, not just what I'm there for that day. The staff is also amazing! Megan did a great job removing my stitches, and educating me on the products that can help my skin. There was no pressure on buying them, and I can't wait to try them! They offer several options to treat your skin concerns such as; Rosatia,, uneven skin texture and tone, under eye dark circles and puffiness, and list goes on! The price is great and they even have trial sizes. I like how you don't need an appointment to get them, and they are professional products with no worry of getting something old or tampered with like you do buying online or in the store. I highly recommend getting your skin products there! I can't say enough wonderful things about them!

I cannot say enough good things about this office. The entire staff is so welcoming, and they create such a safe and comfortable environment. The office is very clean and compliant with CDC guidelines. I have visited a couple different dermatology offices, and I'm so glad I made the switch to Biltmore. I've been a patient of Ryan's for the last few months, and he is the first dermatologist I've had that actually takes the time with his patients to understand the issue, and then takes action. He doesn't just pop in and write a prescription, he genuinely cares and explores all of the options with you. Also, he is respectful of my time and keeps things on track. I'm finally seeing improvement in my skin and I'm so grateful I found them. Would recommend to anyone!

I chose him as my Dermatology provider due to his education and experience, I found to be quite impressive. Once I visited the office I knew I made the correct decision. Everyone on Ryan’s team is friendly, personable, and helpful. I have since recommended a number of friends to the practice and everyone has been very satisfied, whether for skin care, cosmetic procedures, or annual mole checks. Ryan was very professional and respectful . They kept me informed about my situation and clearly outlined the future steps that needed to be done. They explained everything in terms that I easily understood. The staff was wonderful. At no time did I feel like just a number, but rather made me feel that I am an important person to their practice. A safe medical environment is evident immediately. My appointment is always thorough and quick. My treatment results are fantastic and fabulous. The medical grade skin care products they recommended for me work very well and I am so very pleased with my results!

A+ OVERALL! I would recommend Biltmore Dermatology to anyone needed service. I have been a patient since right after it opened. I trust the diagnosis of each visit and have questions answered. Scheduling an appointment is done by professional and polite staff. It is even possible to be a walk-in. The office waiting area and examination rooms are pristine. The staff is professional, pleasant and knowledgeable of their jobs. I never feel like I am being rushed through an appointment. Tele-video appointments are also available at times. I have no complaints and have recommended Biltmore and Patterson to many people. I give them high marks in all categories.

I would give the Provider a lower than 1 rating ad it been available. The staff were very courteous an very nice. I have a history of skin cancer in my family and was worried. I got a copy of my billing and documentation and he documented he examined 16 elements. He came in shook my hand and looked at the mole and said we will get this off. He came back with liquid nitrogen and sprayed it and had the nurse come back in for instructions. He could not have spent a TOTAL of 3 minutes with me . My problem with it all is he documented an exam that was not done and that is a problem. If you go there watch your bills and your documentation. Ins companies need to know when this is done. I have not met my deductible and it comes out of my pocket. What a shame because, we need providers in this area but they just need to be more compliant with ins guidelines.

This office’s recording says it is closed Friday even though hours posted indicate open. Even during the week they are hard to get a hold off and make lots of lazy mistakes.

The staff here leaves quite a bit to be desired. I have a very difficult time getting refills done correctly or at all the first time. What should take one visit takes a visit and multiple phone calls to them and then to the pharmacy. I will be asking my insurance company for another provider. Patterson himself is great, shame about the office staff.

Dr. Patterson is very pleasant and i was able to get right in for appt. However, there is major communication issue going on with getting prescriptions, or call backs from the nurse . It has been a month and still no scrip or a return call after several messages left for nurse . I'm due for my follow up now ,and they never called my medicine in. If he doesn't get his nurses and staff to do their jobs they will not have return patients and therefore go out of business in my opinion.
