Cannot seem to remember to call in my prescription
I have had two visits with this NP. Both times, she promised to call in prescriptions for my but did not. Worse yet, the staff did not even see documentation in my chart of my plan of treatment In the first incident she actually called in an injectable medication. It should have been a topical cream. My last appt was three week ago.... still no prescription. The Dimitri Dermatology staff is not better. I have called the office 4 times since that visit 3 weeks ago and have been promised that my prescription would be taken care of. THEY JUST DO NOT CARE. This has not happened yet. Unbelievably unprofessional!
