Sally Tedesco

I went to the county to seek help for ADHD. I was assigned to Sally. She refused to let me make an appointment to be evaluated for ADHD. Every time I asked, she found a different reason to deny me. She wanted me to go through weeks of therapy first because I had anxiety, even though I was very clear that my ADHD came first, then anxiety in response to trauma caused by ADHD. I mentioned I was musing about MAYBE moving in several months' time; she did not want me to make an appointment because of this. My insurance information wasn't inputted properly, the evaluation would be $300+ but I was willing to pay out of pocket (and sort the insurance in the meantime); she wouldn't let me sign up for it. She kept insisting "a true ADHD diagnosis comes from childhood", which is also false. Seeing Sally was a genuinely traumatic experience. She was not qualified to evaluate me for ADHD, yet she repeatedly barred my access to the help I needed. I cannot recommend her.
