I am hearing impaired and had tried several audioligists and hearing aids without significant improvement in hearing and word recognition. On a referral, I made an appointment to see Dr. Sal Gruttadoria at Diversified Hearing.He is an exceptional provider. All aspects of his services as well as the office staff are highly professional, courteous and accomadating. The hearing aids that he recomended have given me hearing improvement, and I would readily reccomend Diversified Hearing to address your hearing loss.

After seeing Dr. Grittadauria on my first visit, I have since been treated by Susan Roberts at the 301 East Ave. , Lockport office. She is very professional, knowledgeable and personable. The current receptionist, Wendy is wonderful and makes everything easy for me. I would recommend this practice for anyone with a hearing problem.

A new chapter in my life started one year ago today! Maybe it was the renewal of an old chapter? I started to hear again! Last night while sitting in the Phantom of the Opera, I realized, although I may have seen the musical before, this was the first time I've heard it in some time. Thanks to all the hard working folks at Diversified Hearing Services and Dr. Salvatore Gruttadauria. The individualized care I received changed the quality of my life. How does one say Thanks for that!
