She is most respectful Dr I ever seen.

Our first meeting was okay - she took history and assessed but really could say much until they had hospital records. Staff had us sign forms to allow them to get records. Told they will review and see us in a month. A month later appt ends up being with Dr Waseem Ibrahim who walked in the room and said he didn’t know why we were sent to him. My husbands injury caused nerve damage but nothing needed but time. $40 oc pay for literally 3 min. Fast forward a couple months and pcp sends us back - authorization states visit is to rule out seizure disorder and address uncontrollable movements - so we wait weeks for an avail appt. Today we go for our appt - I ask if they have medical records - they say NO - that frustrates me - Ms Balthazar comes in. The dial rat sentence was asking why we were there! Ummmmm auth tells you. Says she understands I am frustrated about the situation with the records and last visit etc then becomes antagonistic - says things looking to trigger an aggressive response - then when she says she just wants a safe space for all I tell her I am not violent. She then says the appt is over and she won’t be coming back in the room. They give you the runaround and no treatment collecting your money along the way. If you can find another practitioner I suggest you so since if this one decides she doesn’t like you she will create an excuse not to have to see you.
