She doesn't seem to have empathy towards her clients. She doesn't have an understanding of relationships. As a therapist, she is supposed to listen, and help her clients figuring out actions on their own, not deciding the next steps for them. I wonder how she even got certified to be a therapist, she doesn't seem to have aptitude for counseling.
