Samantha Colosi knew I was self pay and failed to inform me that my test would be an additional cost. She did not inform me that she was sending anything off to a lab nor that I would get a bill for $640 for something that was not even a concern! I am not stuck paying the full amount or else it will go on my credit. Never heard from her again even after several calls to the office. Shame on you for doing this to your loyal patients!

This place will BLEED YOU DRY!!! I have been going to Center City Dermatology for over year. I always dealt with Samantha for all my skin checks. Each time I went there, something had to be biopsied that ultimately resulted in surgery. Looking back, I should have gotten a second opinion from a different dermatologist. They knew I didn't go through my insurance so they told me each time that it would be a separate charge for the biopsy and surgery. I was okay with that because I knew up front t
