Excellent at what she does
Samantha was very helpful and encouraging even when I was discouraged. She showed me the right things to eat and things to avoid and how to choose wisely in the future what to eat as well. Knows her stuff, friendly and uplifting.

Great at nutrition and diet information that doesnt leave you hopeless but encouraged you can lose the weight and make a plan to cause you to be successful. Sweet, knowledgable and very helpful and encouraging.
