Insensitive & Unprofessional
My experience was so similar to the previous review left below me. I had a great experience at my first visit with Samantha. The following both times I felt very silenced and rushed, basically left in tears. I paid almost $100 for a 'hormone consult' to be told that all my symptoms and worries were normal. I requested to have my hormone levels checked and she insisted that was not necessary. Horrible bedside manner and extremely unprofessional. If you as a woman are looking for a NP, Doctor, etc. that will genuinely listen to your concerns, DO NOT GO HERE.

Insensitive and condescending
I have actually never left a negative review in my life but my past few experiences here have been so awful that I feel like I have to say something. My first appointment with Samantha Jacot was great- I remember leaving feeling so happy that I found an NP who listened and took time to talk with me. Unfortunately every experience with her since then has ended with me crying in my car after my appointment. Every time she sees me she genuinely seems irritated that I’m there? She is extremely condescending to me and whenever I try to ask questions or advocate for myself in any way she quickly shuts me down and gives me short and annoyed responses. My most recent appointment I waited over 45 minutes and when I finally got to see her she was in the room for maybe three minutes. It makes me so sad that she’s obviously had a change in attitude and demeanor. There is no bedside manner, empathy, or willingness to listen to any of my concerns.

Knowledgeable, professional , honestly this is the best NP I have ever met! She was very easy to talk to, highly recommend. I wouldn’t go to anyone else now that I’ve seen her!!! Also, the front desk was incredibly helpful! Such a great experience, I am blown away! Way to go ladies!

I had a great experience with the nurse practitioner Sam. She took the time to check in on me and ask about how I'm doing. I felt heard and appreciated having someone to talk to. She is kind and understanding and I feel comfortable discussing my medical problems with her.

Samantha Jacot is such an amazing provider. She always takes her time listening to me and helps me feel heard. Well woman appointments can be uncomfortable and awkward but she makes me feel so comfortable every time. I would recommend her to anyone and always look forward to seeing her.

Rushed and insensitive
Came in for a routine wellness check up to establish care. She didn't ask about my history or current concerns, just looked at my chart and performed the exam. At the end she asked "anything else?" as she was already on her way out. I left feeling like I had just been poked and prodded, not greeted with warmth and a genuine concern for my wellbeing.
