I would definitely recommend her. She is young, personable, understanding and friendly. She knows her business and listens to your concerns and offers a solution. Gives you a chance to try the new option while in the office so that if you don't like it, she can change it back to what it was. It is obvious that she wants you to leave the office completely satisfied.
