Careless and no follow through

Quality of care has gone precipitously downhill since they fired Teri. Incompetent & shrill front desk new hire puts nail in the coffin for this mismanaged clinic. Apathetic SAMIYA MOHIUDDIN was 15 min late, only spent 5 min with the patient, kept 5 feet away entire time, performed no physical exam. It was like an in-person virtual visit lol. MOHIUDDIN kept impatiently repeating 'anything else?' with little to no follow up to the responses, then hurried off to next patient. Clearly lacked expertise, experience, concern. Zero follow through on treatments that had been agreed upon because she is 'too busy.' How about not greedily booking more patients than they can handle? Quality matters more than quantity. Unfortunate they replaced Teri, who actually researched treatment options and spent time actively listening to the patient, with this careless assistant. Also front desk is very unfriendly, three of them ignored the one and only waiting patient for 5 min & no greeting whatsoever.
