Pleasant, thorough review of history. Attentive
The visit was great. Follow up for prescriptions was totally unacceptable! Elevated blood pressure was noted but it took FOUR days to have the prescriptions sent after after at least four calls. A call center doesn't insure that providers are getting messages. The person who said she would help make sure the care was working for me was not available, ONLY the call center!!
