Samuel Dismuke, PA-C

I was very pleased with Sam Dimuke, he was very upbeat and positive, but more importantly he was very thorough in explaining everything well. And to top it off I got a high five and a smile, I’m a huge supporter of high fives and smiles.

It’s been a while since seen by provider, but was very pleased of his insight and care. Felt like finally got some real answers even if I’m still in pain, I understand it better.

Took time to talk to us and gave different options for treatment.

He is the worst dr I have ever had to deal with. I can barely move but will not do anything to help, he is extremely rude and arrogant. I recommend going to a different doctor because he shouldn’t even have a license to practice. I’d vote negative stars if it was a possibility. He doesn’t care about his patience at all!!!

Sam is very caring and always listens in detail. He is very int tune with his patients nonverbal queues as well. I'm very thankful that he listens to me when a lot of others it didn't.

I was in a car accident the ER did x-rays of my back & told me I had a fractured spine. Not only was Sam rude, short, and acted like I was wasting his time (when he was an hour late for my appt) his nurse Caitlyn was rude too. From the wreck I had whiplash & the worst headache causing me to be sensitive to light & sound. It hurt for me to even talk. When in the room I asked if we could talk quieter because of this & Caitlyn said “this is my voice” & continued to speak very loudly. When Sam came in he was short, wouldn’t let me finish a sentence, told me that nothing was wrong even though I have numbness, tingling, & shooting pain going down both my arms and legs. He also made a snotty comment saying “By the way I am using my quiet voice” he denied getting an MRI to see what was causing the pain. I went to FW Orthopedics & they cared! Did the MRI & found pinched nerves, lots of bulging disc, & confirmed the mild spine fracture. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND SAM!

Dr Samuel Dismuke is professional, personable, most importantly takes his time (I’ve visited with him twice and both appointments he took as much time as needed which I truly appreciated but most importantly he LISTENED) I highly recommend Dr Dismuke “you won’t be disappointed”

Dr. Dismuke is incredible. Not only has he taken great care of my health, but also is lovely to speak with at every appointment. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient. I would highly recommend.

Listens and is great!!!!

Dr. Dismuke is awesome. He was very understanding and listened to my daughter concerns.

He kept asking the same question over and over. His bed side matter is horribly flawed which led him to spouting off pure speculation and accusations. This doctor did not care that I could not walk. I was more like in his way. I feel discriminated against and defamation of character. They cannot even chart accurately. This doctor should face reprimand for defamation of character.

He’s the best. He was there from the very beginning of my problem through my surgery and till the very end. He was very accommodating and helped me to understand the problem. He really cares about his patients and I think he's great. I recommend him to anybody and know that I’ll be going through him again if this ever occurs again.
